Yona’s began as a simple idea: make a good-quality crisp from Cypriot potatoes, the kind our forefathers would have loved. Every batch is still made by hand.

Yona’s started as a dish people kept ordering at The Greek Indian. We still make every batch by hand, and they still disappear fastest when there’s a table full of friends.
The name is older still. Yona is what the people of India called the Greeks who settled there after Alexander the Great. Read the story
